Every great house is sustained not only by its walls, but by the trust of those who gather within them.
The House of Lumen Noctis was created to celebrate stories, conversation, curiosity, and meaningful connection. To preserve that experience for every guest, we ask that all visitors honor the customs recorded within the Steward's Ledger.
These guidelines are not intended to diminish the spirit of discovery, but to ensure that every gathering remains welcoming, respectful, and memorable for all who cross our threshold.
By visiting the House, attending our gatherings, or using our services, you agree to the customs that follow.

1. Welcome to the House
Lumen Noctis LLC ("Lumen Noctis," "the House," "we," "our," or "us") provides literary gatherings, immersive experiences, online content, memberships, merchandise, and related services.
By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, attending events, or interacting with any part of the House, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Reservations & Attendance
Reservations are subject to availability.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.
Certain experiences may have age restrictions or additional participation requirements.
Lumen Noctis reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests whose behavior disrupts the experience or compromises the comfort or safety of others.
3. Event Changes
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may require adjustments to:

schedules
featured books
menus
speakers
activities
If significant changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered guests.
4. Tickets & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated:
Event tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferable when permitted for a specific event.
If Lumen Noctis cancels an event, guests will receive instructions regarding refunds or rescheduling.
5. Conduct Within the House
We ask every guest to help preserve the welcoming spirit of the House by treating fellow visitors, staff, hosts, venues, and property with courtesy and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or intentional disruption may result in removal without refund.
6. Dietary Needs
Whenever meals or refreshments are provided, guests should communicate allergies or dietary restrictions during registration.
While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee environments free from allergens.
7. Photography & Media
Lumen Noctis may photograph or record portions of public events for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
By attending public events, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings.
Guests who prefer not to be photographed are encouraged to notify event staff upon arrival, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate those preferences whenever practical.
8. Intellectual Property
All original content created by Lumen Noctis, including but not limited to:
artwork
branding
logos
written materials
event concepts
videos
graphics
website content
remains the property of Lumen Noctis LLC unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written permission.
9. Website Use
Visitors agree not to:
interfere with website functionality
attempt unauthorized access
misuse forms or communication systems
violate applicable laws while using the website
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.

11. Limitation of Liability
Participation in Lumen Noctis events is voluntary.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumen Noctis LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our events or use of our website.
